Almost everyone has a cell phone and understands “Good connection versus poor connection”. The most annoying thing is being on the phone with someone and hearing static and the call drops because of poor connection. In one area you can hear the person so perfectly, but as soon as you switch locations the call ends. Most would call the company and complain about the signal. Some would even consider switching phone companies no matter the cost just to get that perfect connection!
So often we get frustrated in our walk with God when we can't feel, hear, or see him move in our lives. We've heard the scriptures, "Call unto me, and I will answer thee..", "I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.", or even "Before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear." So why when trying to reach, or hear from God he seems so distant? The problem isn't with God, it us!
What interrupting your signal? Is it relationships, social media, addiction, or is it unbelief? He's not the one who has lost connection, it's your duty to stay connected! Just like the cell phone you have to do whatever it takes to stay connected! No matter the cost, or the sacrifice you might have to make! Get back in the position where you can here perfectly from him! The very minute you move out of position, you start to lose connection.
John 15:4 "Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me."
